- [Instructor] Everyone loves using color gradients, but to be honest, InDesign is kind of clunky when it comes to making and applying them. Now I want to put a gradient on the last spread of this document. So I'll click the last spread button down here in the lower left corner of the document window. Now I'll select this empty graphic frame back here. To give it a gradient, I want to open up the Gradient panel, which I currently have open in the dock here, or you can find this under the Window menu in the Color sub menu. Now the easiest way to put a gradient into that frame is just click this little gradient icon on the left side of the panel. There we go. We now have the default white to black gradient applied. Now this is fine, but it is kind of boring, let's spice it up a bit. You can choose whether you want this to be a linear gradient or a radial gradient. That's cool, it's kind of an ellipse inside the frame, but I'm going to change this back to linear gradient 'cause it's…
