- [Instructor] Even if it's not in an Adobe application, I'm willing to bet that you use styles in some of the things that you work in. So presentations, you might have a heading style and so on as you might in documents for text and all those sort of things. If you use InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, you're going to use style definitions at some point because they make sense. Because when you have a style definition, anything using that will inherit any changes that are made. So that's enough waffle with that. What we're going to do here is we're going to select one of these text objects just here, okay, and then I'm going to remove the fill by hitting the, yes, slash key. Exactly, that's exactly the answer I was looking for. Then I'm going to add two more fills of my own. So Cmd + /, Ctrl + / and then let's witness what we've done there by looking in the Appearance panel. Yay, we've got type object, we've got a fill…
