- Thank you so much for joining me as together we've explored what it takes to make flexibility work, from how to communicate about your new policy, to how to pilot it and evaluate its effectiveness. There's certainly a lot to consider if you're transitioning to this new way of working, but I think flexible work arrangements will be the way forward for many organizations, even those that haven't typically been able to embrace this, and companies that get this right will have a clear advantage in tomorrow's workplace. Many are already seeing that their employees are happier, healthier, and more engaged, because when people have the ability to take care of their personal needs, everyone benefits.
