From the course: How to Manage Lean Six Sigma Projects: Part I

Taking charge in a Lean Six Sigma project

- Congratulations. You've been selected by management to be project leader of a Lean Six Sigma project. Are you worried about how you're going to manage and lead the project? Don't be, you have come to the right place. If you're here, it means you've completed some prerequisite courses. I want to take you one step further to apply what you've learned as a Green Belt or Black Belt. By the way, I'm Dr. Richard Chua. I'm a certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt trainer, consultant, author, and professor. I have worked with Fortune 500 multinational companies for more than 30 years, training and coaching thousands of executives, managers, and project leaders in deploying Lean Six Sigma, so I've seen a lot. In this course, and the next, I will guide you and share success tips on how to manage and run Lean Six Sigma projects, including how to avoid the many potential pitfalls in this journey. And by the way, this is just part one of two courses, so be sure to join me in part two. Let's get started.
