- [Instructor] So, let's say you have some geographic data and you want to present it visually on a map. Excel does have maps built in like the one right here, so let's go ahead and rebuild this map ourselves. I'm going to highlight A1 through A11, D1 through D11. I'm going to go to Insert, I'm going to click on this Maps dropdown into a filled map like that. So, what you'll find is that these maps are fairly limited. They do work in a pinch, but there's also another tool that you can use that actually lets you look at the entire globe, and that's called the 3D map, so let's go ahead and take a look at that one. What I'm going to do is I'm going to highlight A1 through D11, so I want to bring all of this source data into our 3D map, even if we don't use it.
