- In the face of accelerating climate change, evolving regulations and shifting customer preferences, operational, design, and construction practices of the past century no longer suffice. Buildings designed to meet yesterday's needs are not equipped to tackle the challenges of today and tomorrow. Increasing regulations around carbon emissions and energy use are resulting in hefty fines.
