- Employee engagement is more than a catchphrase. It's a fundamental principle of good business, and employers everywhere want to increase employee engagement. Survey after survey after survey has proven that companies with higher levels of employee engagement are more successful. But did you know less than one-third of all employees are fully engaged, meaning they're committed, motivated and emotionally attached to the company? Not only that, roughly 17% of employees are actively disengaged, meaning they really don't care what happens to your company. And according to Gallup, employee disengagement costs companies billions every year. My name is Don Phin. In my career as an attorney, consultant and coach, I've dealt with both highly engaged and highly disengaged employees for over 30 years. Many of the CEOs and HR executives I work with want to know the secret sauce for increasing employee engagement in a way that helps grow the bottom line. And in this course, I'm going to share that formula with you. There are two main goals for this course. The first is to help you up your engagement game so you get more pumped up about the work you do every day.
