The class has some interesting points to think about. However, in my opinion it takes a too simplistic view on how to delegate. It seems like they only think about delegating non-complex, mechanical tasks. In my job, I need to delegate tasks that have no clear way of how they are supposed to be done. This situation is not mentioned at all in this course.
