WLC configuration via a graphical interface
(bright music) - [Instructor] In this video, we want to see how to configure a wireless LAN using the graphical interface on a Cisco Wireless LAN controller. Specifically, we'll begin by creating the wireless LAN, giving it an SSID service set identifier, that's the name of the wireless LAN, and we'll say that we want that SSID to be advertised. So it's going to show up as somebody is browsing the available wireless LANs. Then we'll take a look at quality of service profiles. We have four different access classes we can associate with our wireless LANs. This is using something called wifi multimedia or WMM. And then I want to show you where we would go to configure advanced features. That's one of the things that Cisco tells us you need to know how to do on the CCNA exam blueprint. And there are many, many advanced features and we will not cover all of them, but I want to show you where to go to set up advanced features and we'll take a look at a few.
