(gentle music) - [Instructor] What kind of network architecture might we find in a small office/home office environment or a SOHO environment? That's what we're going to address in this video. After all these days, we have a lot of people working from home, lots of telecommuters because they've got really high speed connectivity to the internet, or maybe we have some small remote offices, maybe small sales offices out in the field somewhere. And the architecture of their network is going to be typically something like this. They're going to usually have some sort of a wireless router and that's going to connect out to the internet, maybe using a cable modem, or maybe they have access to gig fiber, maybe they're using satellite. But that wireless router has some connectivity out to the internet. And within that office, there's usually going to be some sort of an ethernet switch.
