- [Instructor] Now I'm going to come in and correct the wall thickness issue. So to do so, I'm just going to right mouse click over one of the ribs and center graph, and once again I want to make the modifications to the actual rib within the core body. So for this, I'm just going to double click on the pad that made the initial rib, and as you can see, I have a two and a half millimeter thickness on that wall. Now I'm just going to hit the little f of x and I'm just going to come in here and say divide by two. You may have a sink ratio or some sort of ratio that engineering is going to come up with or the tooling people are going to give you, and you can use that ratio to make sure that whatever ribs that you put on the back, doghouses, bosses, do not surpass a specific thickness. So it may be 1.6. It may be half the material thickness. It may be three-quarters of the material thickness. Again, it depends on the material you're going to injection mold with.
