- Learning to dive deeper into the details behind requests is an important skill for any worker. Having learned the foundations of business analysis, I hope you want to explore further. Part of doing business analysis means constantly learning and analyzing, but your work doesn't stop at the responsibilities of your role. You should always make it a habit of always looking for ways to hone your skills. There are two main groups that support business analysis with standards, documents, and user groups. These are the International Institute for Business Analysis or IIBA, or the Project Management Institute or PMI. There are also many articles and blogs written about the various areas which are part of business analysis. I hope you check out some of mine, which I post frequently on LinkedIn.
