Get a posse. You know the term posse from westerns, when the sheriff would round up a few focused people to help them capture the bad guy. Nowadays, the term posse is used for a similar group of people, but instead of running down fugitives from the law, these people can help you achieve your creative goals while you help them achieve theirs. Everyone should have a group of people that they can rely on to provide insight, opinion, and occasionally accountability. If you don't have a creative posse, you need to assemble one. Find five to seven people to meet regularly and discuss a common goal or topic. If you're a writer, you might meet once a month to discuss a project that you're all assigned to complete. If you're a designer, you might have an exercise that you all participate in over the month or have experiences that everyone can share.
