Create your first objects in Blender
- [Instructor] Let's take a look at how to add some of your first objects into Blender. There's a couple of ways. If I left click and drag, you'll see that there is this Add Cube button. Just go ahead and left click it now and you'll see this cool little overlay. It's indicating where the floor is at. If I move near the cube, it actually shifts because the tool wants to build things, whatever normal surface I'm on. A normal is where the face of this object is pointing, and on the left side here, well, it's pointing perpendicular down the y-axis. Anyways, let's go ahead and just left click and drag and make a cube, look how easy that was. Now you can left click and hold it here, and you'll see that there are a few other options like cone and cylinder. Let's go ahead and make a cone. Let's take a look at these two different spheres. You'll see UV sphere and Ico sphere. A UV sphere is your more traditional kind of sphere…
