- [Instructor] Let's talk about advanced material making. Now between these last two videos, you might notice a few things are different. For example, if you come up to Edit mode, you'll see that our vehicle is nice and smooth. That's because if you come over to Modifiers tab, there's these extra two options that I decided to turn on. They're really helpful, because if you zoom in without subdivisions turned on, it's really difficult to tell where that material should end and the others should begin. So with them on, you can get a really good idea of how things will deform. I actually ended up adding some more loop cuts, because if you add one, you can see how it can change the way that smoothness in the material handles itself. Let me go ahead and undo that though. Now from here, let's go up to Object mode and click on Shading. If you don't have a Shading mode up here, you can hold down your middle mouse button and…
