- Now that you've gone ahead and unwrapped Gourdy, let's add some color to him. The first thing I want you to do is come up here and click this plus button to add a new workspace. And we're going to go to General, Texture Paint. At first, this looks a lot like UV editing but there's some key differences. You'll note that in the 3D view we're in texture paint mode. And over here, we're in Image Editor, under Paint mode. Now I want some real estate so I'm going to zoom out by rolling my middle mouse hitting T and then left click and dragging this over. Here we go. And of course you can always hold down your middle mouse to reposition or, hit the home button if you want to zoom out and see everything. I'm going to zoom in just a little bit.
