- [Narrator] Now let's talk about the Personalizer service which is part of Azure Cognitive Services for decision. The Personalizer is an AI service that lets you make smarter decisions using reinforcement learning. Okay, what do we mean by smarter decisions? And what is reinforcement learning? Let's understand these one by one with examples. Starting with reinforcement learning. Reinforcement learning is a branch of artificial intelligence. Here is how it works. The thought is that you have created a model. Here, I'm calling it an agent, and you give this agent some input. Now, this agent is going to make a prediction based on the input that is the predicted output but we already know what the actual output should have been so we can compare the two, and if they are equal, we can give the agent a reward. That way the agent knows that it has made the correct output and that reward helps it learn and improve…
