- [Instructor] In order to access the P&ID line lesson, in Plant 3D, we have to establish a link between the P&ID database and the 3D database. To do this, we access the P&ID line list button from the parts insertion panel in the ribbon menu. So let's go ahead and open drawing 08, 02 model. So right now we have nothing in this, it's an empty drawing. Now we don't have to actually open up the P&ID drawing to see this. What I'm going to do is come up to our parts insertion panel, and right up here you'll see a little list button that shows the P&ID valve. You can see the line and the valve, and a list. So we're just going to click on that. And that is going to open up a dialogue box, that shows us a view on the P&ID. You remember in the previous video we went through and we took a look and we saw that we had line number 222, 333, and 1,000? If I see these line numbers right here, I can look at the line number, if I expand that node, you'll see that we have two line segments within that…
