- [Instructor] Welcome to Chapter Three. Now we're going to take a look at file management. We're going to navigate to our Exercise Files, so we'll open from our Desktop, Exercise Files, Chapter 3, Project.xml. When we create our P&ID drawings, it's critical that we follow the correct procedure to ensure all the drawings and data are registered to the project. The folders that you see in Project Manager are what we call virtual folders, and these are used to organize your files visually and make it easier for the design team to locate the files they need. It's important to note that they may have a different name and structure to those that we setup in Windows, so let's take a look at this a little more clearly. First of all, I'm going to expand the P&ID Drawings here on Project Manager, and you'll see that we have two files in here. We have 03_02 and 03_03.
