- [Eran] Advanced is something you don't know yet. Once you learn what it does, it becomes another option, menu or tool. Hello and welcome to After Effect weekly. Eran Stern here and in this episode I want to discuss the advanced option of the composition settings dialogue. And to start demonstrating this, I'm going to use this composition. All right, I'll pause the playback, I'll go to the beginning and I'll go to the composition menu and select composition settings. I'll change the preset that I'm using from Full HD 1080 25 to let's go with Ultra HD 4K 25. And then I'll move the composition settings dialogue out of the way so we can get a sense of what we are doing since we have this preview check mark turned on. I'll switch to the advanced tab, and the first option that we have here is the anchor of the composition. This is very similar to the canvas size dialogue in Photoshop.
