- [Instructor] One of my favorite Ableton features is Racks. Let's start with Audio Racks. So I've got the Audio FX Racks Project open, and on this first track, I've got an EQ and a compressor that I often use as a starting point when I'm working with kick tracks. And I'd like to be able to save these two plugins and their settings as a single preset that I can bring into other projects when I start working with drum tracks. And we can do that by racking these two devices together. Now we can do that by selecting the title bars on both of these, and so I'm going to click the first one and Shift+ click the second one, and then on either one of these plugins, I can right-click, and in the Contextual menu, I'll see the option for Group. Now while I'm there, I'll just point out that there's also a key command, and that's Command + G or Control + G on a PC. Now, once I do that, we can see that there's a difference.
