- [Instructor] Hi there, I'm George Bay Street. Today we're going to look at, HumanIK. We going to create a HumanIK skeleton, which is basically just a predefined skeleton that Maya uses. You can also use it in other packages, such as MotionBuilder, because it is a standardized skeleton. It's great for working with things such as mocap data as well as the time editor. So let's take a look at how this works. You can find HumanIK here, and it should show up as a tab underneath the Channel Box. Now, when you first come into HumanIK the first thing you want to do is create a skeleton. And that brings you into this menu here. So let's go ahead and frame our skeleton, and you can see we can change the scale of this skeleton. We can change how many bones we have, so if instead of three, you want four bones for the spine you can do that. You can change, basically how many fingers you have you can turn them on or off, as…
