  • This position will be M, T, W in office/ Th/F flexible
  • Reports to: Inbound Sales Director


What You Will Own (Responsibilities)

  • Manage a high volume pipeline of net new inbound leads and drive new customer acquisition for Weave. This position will focus more on conversion over creation (lead to demo and demo to closed won).
  • Maintain an understanding of the competitive market space and speak to Weave's value proposition
  • Conduct 40+ demos per month
  • Maintain an extremely detailed and organized process in Salesforce
  • Exceed monthly sales quotas and expectations


What You Will Need to Accomplish the Job (minimum qualifications- education, experience, certifications, skills)

  • 2+ years of closing experience
  • Consistent performance metrics and track record of meeting quota
  • Excellent closing skills within an inside sales motion
  • Strong desire to win and takes initiative of personal success
  • Excellent organization with the ability to handle 50+ leads at any given time
  • Strong previous achievement of sales metrics and quotas
  • Resilient attitude in evolving work environment
