Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and oversee construction projects across the 5 boroughs, with a focus on HVAC systems for government facilities.
• Ensure all site activities comply with safety standards, government regulations, and project requirements.
• Coordinate subcontractors, manage teams, and maintain efficient workflows to meet project timelines and budgets.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, ensuring high-quality installations and compliance with design specifications.
• Collaborate with government officials, engineers, and key stakeholders to facilitate smooth communication and project execution.
• Interpret blueprints, project plans, and technical documents to ensure adherence to specifications.
• Provide technical guidance on HVAC issues, offering solutions during construction and post-installation.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Construction Supervisor, specifically within HVAC-focused government or public sector projects.
• Deep understanding of HVAC systems, including installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
• Familiarity with government building codes, regulations, and public sector procurement processes.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage on-site teams and stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of health and safety practices on construction sites.
• Ability to oversee multiple projects across different boroughs, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Relevant qualifications in construction management, HVAC systems, or a related field.

Desirable Skills:

• Experience in managing government contracts and reporting requirements.
• Certifications in HVAC systems or relevant construction fields.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work under pressure.
