Enable CRM Embedded Experiences on HubSpot

Who can use this feature?

You must be on the Sales Navigator Advanced Plus edition to access these features and a HubSpot Sales Hub Pro or Enterprise plan.

CRM Embedded Experiences enable sellers to leverage more accurate data and insights to prioritize high-potential accounts, develop key buyer relationships, and uncover hidden allies and timely intel for effective outreach—all without leaving their CRM.

Important to know

HubSpot's Smart CRM supports the Find Key People, Relationship Map and Account IQ features.

How do I get access?

If you haven’t done so already, you will need to install the Sales Navigator app from the app marketplace. CRM Admins do not need to install anything for users to be able to access Embedded Experiences for HubSpot. Instead, each user will need to install the Sales Navigator app for HubSpot to begin leveraging Embedded Experiences. 

By default, the Sales Navigator widget will appear on the right hand side of contact and company records. CRM admins have the option to change the placement to include it within the middle column.
