Here's a tip
Before you enable the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sync feature for your team, ensure the following:

You have Sales Navigator Advanced Plus edition.

JavaScript is enabled on your browser.
As an admin, you can choose to sync Microsoft Dynamics 365 with Sales Navigator for your team during the onboarding process.
If you choose to skip this step during the initial setup, you can still sync your team's Sales Navigator account with Microsoft Dynamics 365 at any time. Check out our installation guide to help you through the process of setting up the Microsoft Dynamics 365 sync.

Sign in to Sales Navigator.

Click Admin at the top of the page, then select the Admin Settings tab.

On the left pane, under CRM, select Production.

Select any of the following options to view and modify CRM Sync settings:
- Summary
- Imported from CRM
- Exported to CRM
- CRM Mapping
Here's a tip
You can see which CRM is synced with Sales Navigator and the last synced date. You can control the following specific sync functionality by clicking Change to the right of CRM Settings:
- Lead and Account Auto-Save Controls This section allows you to control which types of leads and accounts will Auto-Save from your CRM for Sales Navigator users.
- At which stage does your sales team consider an opportunity to enter your pipeline? This question allows you to choose the stage at which Microsoft Dynamics 365 automatically imports accounts and leads into Sales Navigator. Leads will be suggested to your license holders in Sales Navigator based on user assignment in your CRM.
- Where do you store value for a won opportunity? This question helps Sales Navigator understand the profiles of your largest deals so we can recommend accounts that are similar.
- Enable Sales Navigator data to sync back to your CRM? This will enable Activity Writeback to your CRM. You can select all activities to be written back or specific ones.
- Allow contact creation from Sales Navigator? Turn on/off ability for users to create contacts from Sales Navigator to CRM. Learn more about Contact Creation.
- Enable Data Validation? Turn on/off ability for Sales Navigator to provide Not At Company Flags to contacts within the CRM. Learn more about Data Validation.

Sign in to Sales Navigator.

Click Admin at the top of the page, then select the Admin Settings tab.

On the left pane, under CRM, select Production and then click Summary.

On the Summary page, on the right pane, click Disconnect.
Important to know
Please don’t click Disconnect to disconnect only temporarily, as that can delay the reaction of the feature. -
If you want to purge all previously imported CRM data, click Yes, clean up all previously imported CRM data. This doesn’t affect manually saved accounts and leads.
Your data will be deleted within 30 days of disconnecting CRM Sync.

Select Continue to complete the process.
