Enable ROI Reporting for Sales Navigator

Who can use this feature?

You can request ROI reporting from your LinkedIn Relationship Manager if you're an admin user on the Sales Navigator Advanced Plus edition. This feature is not available for Sales Navigator Core and Advanced users.

As a Sales Navigator admin, you can request ROI reporting that provides insights into how a user’s Sales Navigator and LinkedIn.com activities impact the deals closed by them. This allows your Relationship Manager to quantify the value your users get from Sales Navigator.

Here's a tip

Sales Navigator activities like account and lead searches, Add Notes, and View Lists are included in ROI reporting.

Prerequisites

  • You are a Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales, or HubSpot user
  • CRM Sync is enabled
  • CRM Sync integration user must have access to opportunity records in the CRM

To enable ROI Reporting:

  1. Sign in to Sales Navigator.

  2. Click Admin from the top navigation bar.

  3. Click Admin Settings.

  4. From the left pane, click Production displayed under CRM, and click Imported from CRM.

  5. Scroll to the ROI Reporting section and switch the toggle to Yes to enable ROI Reporting.

  6. Select a value for the Where do you store the value for a won opportunity field.

    For example, you can choose Amount.

  7. Check the Show total amount of influenced and sourced revenue in checkbox and select a currency.

    You can select only one currency.
