Post as your LinkedIn Page

Last updated: 2 weeks ago

As a super or content admin of a LinkedIn Page, you can post text, images, videos, and documents to engage with your Page’s followers. Posts will display on your Page and on your followers’ LinkedIn feeds.

Here's a tip

Pages that post weekly have five times more followers and grow seven times faster than Pages that post monthly.

To post as your Page:

  1. Go to your Page super or content admin view. If you don't have super or content admin access, you'll need to request admin access to the Page

  2. Click Page posts in the left menu.

  3. Click Start a post and enter your text or URL (website or article).

    • Posts are displayed in the language you use for your post.
    • You can tag members or other Pages in your post.
  4. Click the Pencil icon to upload a photo, video, or document from your computer.

    • Select a file from your library or create a new photo, or video, or document.
    • If you post a video, you can add your own closed captioning or turn on automatic captions.
  5. To adjust the privacy settings, click the Page name and select Anyone or Targeted Audience. The default setting is Anyone.

  6. To adjust the comment settings, click the Page name and select Comment Control and click Anyone (to leave post comments on) or No One (to turn post comments off). These settings can also be edited on existing Page posts.

  7. Click the Post button.

You can create a draft of a post or schedule it to be published at a time you choose.

You can also set up content sharing to import posts from your external sources like your organization’s website, blogs, YouTube channels, and other RSS supported sources directly to your Page.
