Job applicants metrics in Campaign Manager

Select Job Applicants as a column view from the reporting dashboard or when exporting a performance report to see metrics on how your single job ad campaigns are performing.
Job applicant metrics include:
  • Job Apply Clicks: Number of clicks on your job’s Apply button collected through the campaign or ad.
  • Job Applications: Number of job applications collected through the campaign or ad.
  • Job Application Rate: Percentage of job applications relative to ad clicks. Calculated by dividing job applications by ad clicks.
  • Cost Per Job Application: Average amount spent on each job application. Calculated by dividing total spend by job applications.
Notes:
  • Job applicant metrics are only available for single job ad campaigns.
  • Single job ads must contain a link to a LinkedIn job ad. If the job ad collects applications through a site other than LinkedIn, you’ll only be able to review reporting on Job Apply Clicks.
  • Metrics use a 30-day conversion window. Apply clicks and applications received 30 days after an ad has been clicked or viewed won’t be counted.
  • Metrics can take approximately 24 hours to update.
  • Job applicant data is available starting from April 2020.
