You can repost existing public posts from other members or LinkedIn Pages and add your own ideas or questions to share with your network.
You can either repost on LinkedIn or send it in a private message to specific individual(s).
You can now repost something that has already been reposted.
To repost on LinkedIn:

Click Repost under the post you want to share. From the dropdown, you can:
- Select Repost with your thoughts to repost with your comments.
- Select Repost to repost directly without being prompted to add any comments. A repost successful confirmation message appears on the lower left of the homepage. You can click View post next to the message to view your repost.

If you click Repost with your thoughts, the post pop-up window appears. Enter your comments or use "@" to mention people, companies, or schools.

Click the dropdown next to your name.

In the Post settings pop-up window, select who you want to share the post under Who can see your post?, and click Done.

Click Post on the lower-right corner. A repost successful confirmation message appears on the lower left of the homepage.

To repost a repost:

After posting, your commentary will display as the top level on the post. The level displayed below your commentary is the previous repost's commentary. You can click on this level to see any connected previous reposts with commentary and navigate back to the original post.
Note: To delete the repost, click the

Click Send on the lower-right corner of the post that you want to share.

In the Send [Name of author]'s Post pop-up window, type and select the name(s) of the recipient(s) under Suggested.

You can also type a message in the Write a message... field.

Click Send.
Note: You can view the list of people who’ve reposted your post in the [number] reposts pop-up window by clicking on the [number] reposts on the lower-right of a post. You can also click [number] comments to view the comments that have been added to the reposts. This list will not display posts that are shared privately.
To repost on LinkedIn:

If the original post was reposted for connections only, it can't be reposted by other members.

Your posts may be reposted with your connections via email depending on their email settings.

When you repost, URL, photo, or video on your LinkedIn feed, the commentary from the original poster of that content will be included.

Posts from LinkedIn Groups can’t be reposted.
