We invite experts to directly contribute insights within sections of the collaborative articles. These articles begin as AI-powered conversation starters, developed with our editorial team, but they aren’t complete without insights from our members. Other articles on LinkedIn are created by members, organizations, and LinkedIn Editors, and allow members to react and comment at the bottom of the article.
To find collaborative articles, you can:
Contributions made to collaborative articles are public, so you can view them by clicking into the collaborative articles. Note that not all articles will have contributions. You can also find contributions in your feed and notifications when people in your network contribute to an article.
To view your own contributions in one place, go to your profile and click on Comments in your Activity section.
You are automatically following skill pages created by LinkedIn, based on the skills you selected on your profile, so that you can learn from experts across professional topics via collaborative articles. These articles are found on the skill pages and allow you to view and potentially contribute to relevant articles. You can choose to unfollow a skill page at any time.

There is no set timeline for receiving an invite to contribute.
Only invited members can contribute within the collaborative article. To contribute, find the specific area that relates most to your insight or idea and click on Add your perspective to add your contribution.
If you do not see these icons, you don’t have contribution access. To be considered, you can engage with the articles by liking or reacting to them.
We’ll invite members to contribute to any collaborative article that may be relevant to their skills. Relevant articles are suggested to you via your feed, notifications, and emails. You can also browse this list of collaborative articles to find collaborative articles or search for collaborative articles via LinkedIn Search.

Contributors are eligible to make a maximum of five contributions per article and a total of up to 20 contributions within a 24-hour period. If you exceed this limit, you’ll receive an error when trying to publish your contribution.
Yes, all contributions made on collaborative articles are public to all members, unless a member has blocked the member who has contributed. Replies to contributions are also public.
Yes, you can delete your contributions and replies to contributions in collaborative articles.

No, we only support text contributions currently.
You can add links offering valuable and useful information in your contributions, but we do not encourage any self-promotional links. If a contribution violates our Professional Community Policies, it’ll be removed from the article.
There is no limit on the number of people who can contribute to an article.
Yes, your network can receive a notification when you contribute to an article (subject to their notification settings). Your contribution may also show in the feeds of your network.
When you contribute to collaborative articles, we send a notification to your network that you just contributed. You can also share your contribution by reposting it to your network in the Feed.
