Once you've given a recommendation to a connection, it can be revised or deleted. The recipient can also choose to hide or unhide a recommendation at any time.
To delete a recommendation you've given:

Click the
Me icon at the top of your LinkedIn homepage. -
Click View Profile.

Scroll to the Recommendations section and click the
Edit icon in the upper right corner. -
Click the Given [number] tab at the top of the pop-up window.

Locate the recommendation you want to remove and click Delete.

In the Manage recommendations pop-up window, click OK when asked Are you sure you want to delete this recommendation?

Click Save.
Note: The recipient won't be notified that you removed your recommendation. It's just removed from their profile. If you create a new recommendation, the recipient will be notified.
To delete a recommendation you've given:

Tap your profile picture, then tap View Profile.

Scroll down to the Recommendations section.

Tap See all. This will take you to the Recommendations page.

Tap the Given tab.

Tap Edit in the upper right corner of the page. This will take you to the Edit recommendations page.

Locate and tap the recommendation that you want to delete.

Tap
Delete below the recommendation you want to delete and confirm Delete.
