Add an email domain for employment verification as a contract admin

As a LinkedIn Recruiter contract admin, employees may contact you to request additional email domains to use on their LinkedIn.com account for employment verification purposes. The process may take up to 10 business days for this process to be completed.
To request additional email domains as a contract admin:
  1. From the email address that is associated with your LinkedIn account, forward the email you received from the employee to verifycompanydomain@linkedin.com.
  2. Carbon copy (CC) the employee on the email.
  3. State that you approve the email domain (e.g., “I approve this email domain.”).
  4. Once we verify your identity, we’ll update our records with the new domain and reply to your email.
