Thanks to the incredible generosity of our residents and team members, this holiday season, Zocalo proudly participated in the United Way Toy Drive, raising an incredible 298 toys for the Children's Holiday Party! Each year, Mile High United Way hosts a special toy store where parents can choose new gifts for their kids, creating magical holiday memories for over 1,000 children. 🎅🎄 Your contributions made this possible! We’re thrilled to celebrate Kat Williams’s graduation from the Assistant Community Director (ACD) Mentorship Program! For CD Appreciation Day we gave our Community Directors the recognition they truly deserve! These outstanding leaders are the foundation of our property management team, working tirelessly to keep our communities thriving day in and day out. 🙌 To show our gratitude, we treated them to a day of relaxation, starting with a serene spa day at 5-Star Salt Caves —because after all their hard work, a little pampering was in order! Then, we indulged in a delicious lunch at Perdida Kitchen, where the atmosphere was as vibrant as the SPIRIT of our incredible team. We had the honor of celebrating our Weathervane and Moab construction teams with some well-deserved adventure and incredible food for Construction Appreciation Week!  From racing Podium Karts to tackling dirt dunes in ATVs, we curated unforgettable experiences to show our appreciation. To top it off, Chef Christian treated the team to an elevated private meat luncheon that left everyone savoring every bite. Our teams are not just building structures; they are "building connected communities," and their hard work, grit, and dedication are what make it all possible.
