    Early-Stage Investor & Researcher

At Zenda, we believe the rise of nearshoring will be a transformative force, as manufacturers across industries reorganize production closer to end consumers - setting their sights on strategic hubs like in Mexico. This trend is being largely driven by the severe disruptions to global supply chains in recent years, exposing vulnerabilities from overreliance on distant suppliers to minimal (or lack of) contingency planning. Its impact today is already significant: US-Mexico trade hit a record $415B in H1 2024 as companies seek more agile, resilient supply chains. As more companies establish operations in Mexico, the demand for advanced logistics services will grow, creating opportunities for both transportation providers and the software that enables this cross-border movement. This shift is the byproduct of a new world order, and we're excited to support the entrepreneurs and operators revolutionizing this space. If you're building for the cross-border market, we'd love to connect. Check out our latest post on the topic below. Zenda Capital Esteban Reyes Raphael Santolin
