This week Paul Gioupis, CEO of Zeem Solutions, participated in the first-ever White House Sustainable Freight Workshop alongside Federal agency and White House staff, and leaders representing the freight industry to discuss the development of a national zero-emissions freight strategy. One of the topics discussed was the development of a playbook for Phase I and 2 of the National Zero-Emission Freight Corridor Strategy to deploy charging and refueling infrastructure in freight hubs and along corridors for battery electric medium- and heavy-duty trucks. This workshop demonstrated a strong commitment across the private and public sectors and we look forward to continuing to work together for freight sustainability!
