Where do I get my energy from? Ice. 🧊 My life is incredibly fast-paced, and I need to do everything possible to keep my mind and body performing at their best. Over four years ago, I began immersing myself in cold water, and it has since transformed my physiology, enabling me to endure much more. 🥶 The cold is a stressor, and by learning to handle the cold, you can significantly improve your ability to handle stress. 🫡 Generally, I’m a very positive and energetic person, but not every day brings the same level of energy. I’ve learned to take each day as it comes and manage whatever challenges arise. 🤘 At The Citadel, we’re developing a world-class longevity clinic where I am collaborating with distinguished partners, doctors, and physicians to create a comprehensive blueprint for longevity, human performance, and optimisation. This will enable entrepreneurs, including myself, to become the best versions of themselves. 🧑⚕️ I wouldn’t recommend putting your ice bath on wheels, though. I use my ice bath as a form of meditation, so place it somewhere where you can relax and rejuvenate. When I acquired The Citadel, I saw a huge opportunity to champion sustainability and create the world's best sandbox for testing the latest innovations. 🏰 I spent years searching for technologies that could positively impact the world by supporting faster home construction, reducing CO2 emissions, addressing the housing deficit, and building more energy-efficient homes. 🗺️ Most countries, except Japan, face a housing deficit, making home construction a critical global challenge I aim to help solve. 🏠 I discovered an incredible technology in Poland that uses expanded clay, which we are now bringing to the UK. It's been a lonely road, but a big thank you! 🙏 I wanted to express my deep appreciation and gratitude for the incredible support and the genuinely amazing people I've been fortunate to connect with. 🤝 This vision has been with me for as long as I can remember, and the journey has been a long and uphill battle, filled with moments of doubt and self-questioning. ⛰️ I've always believed that if you surround yourself with four losers, you’ll become the fifth. It’s taken a long time, but I'm honored to now be surrounded by extraordinary people who genuinely care and are committed to making a positive impact in this world. 🌎 There's a compounding effect at play—good people attract good people, and I've been meeting many more of them lately! ✨ I knew this path wouldn’t be easy, but in hindsight, every struggle has been worthwhile.
