What a Year! 2024 has been a landmark year for us at Zeem! We now operate the most active charging depot for fleets in the country, with over 150K charging sessions and 5.5M kWh of charging—in 2024 alone, a sixfold increase from last year. Our LAX site has achieved 25%+ charger utilization and has been profitable since June. Did someone say the EV industry for fleets is dead? How about it hasn’t even started yet! Back in 2017, we pioneered the shared charging depot concept, foreseeing that vehicles and charging would become commodities. Just as the telecom industry consolidated services with phone/cable/internet and talk/text/data, we are now witnessing a similar transformation in the EV sector. At Zeem, we facilitate fleets in identifying incentives, acquiring EVs, and providing parking and charging solutions at critical locations. Our approach is just scratching the surface of what’s possible in 2025 and beyond. When asked about Trump winning the election, I remind people that we started this business during his first term, without relying on political mandates or subsidies. Our LAX facility is profitable with minimal subsidies from SCE and none from the federal government. We see strong utilization across all our locations, indicating major upside potential. The EV industry is just beginning, and it will support fleets, utilities, and energy markets. Zeem’s team embodies hard work, innovation, and perseverance—the foundation of American ingenuity. We are a conglomeration of industry experts transforming markets, creating good-paying jobs, improving the environment, and delivering strong returns for shareholders. We are an American startup success story with many more chapters ahead. I see a bright future for fleets embracing EVs and zero-emission vehicles where they make sense. This transformation in transportation is real and exciting, despite the political noise of the election season. 2025 is about proving that the EV industry is still in its infancy, with tremendous upside for innovators, employees, partners, policymakers, and investors.
