Another customer appreciation event in Singapore in the books 💙 At our annual customer appreciation event, a group of Workato staff and customers took the time to volunteer at Xin Yuan Comcare on behalf of Workato Cares, working towards our mission to give back to our community and help non-profits do more. Xin Yuan Comcare is a community center that aims to uplift the lives of seniors in Singapore. The organisation provides elders within the community with basic healthcare, therapeutic services, social and recreational activities among other services. Our team was able to spend time with the seniors to celebrate their birthdays through games, gifts, and personal time with one another. We also want to extend a sincere thank you to our customers for joining us to give back to the Singapore community.

And with that, we've officially launched our EMEA & APJ Workato Cares Volunteer Councils! 🎉 Our Workato Cares Volunteer Councils are made up of outstanding Workato employees who committed to dedicating their time and services to volunteering at deserving nonprofits all year long. We look forward to continuing service to our local communities and remembering what's most important. 🇳🇱 Our EMEA team kicked off their Volunteer Council launch in Amsterdam with a very Dutch-themed social impact event. They partnered with Give a Bike Foundation, where they assembled and decorated two bikes to be donated to low-income individuals in need of reliable transportation. ➡️ Give a Bike’s goal is to let everyone experience the freedom and flexibility of riding a bike. They collect, recycle, donate and transport bikes to support social projects anywhere in the world. 🇸🇬Our APJ team kicked off their Volunteer Council in Sinagpore by volunteering at Project Dignity where they cooked, baked, and served food and drinks to folks from the NTUC Health Active Aging Centre to combat elderly loneliness. ➡️ Project Dignity also focuses on feeding the homeless every day with proper nutritious meals and finding work placements for people with disabilities.
