If you've met our CEO and President, Ashley Prendergast Northcutt, you've been inspired by her, so we're not surprised that she's been recognized in this spotlight by #AffordableHousingFinance, but that doesn't mean we're not insanely proud of her. Ashley, you do everything with passion, grace, brilliance, and drive. There are some unbelievably dynamic leaders on this list, and they are all gifts to affordable housing. You're such a blessing to the Women's Affordable Housing Network, to all who know you, and to everyone in our industry and our community. We're honored to know you. And thank you to Catherine Buell, Congresswoman Suzan DelBene, Secretary Marcia Fudge, Dora Leong Gallo, Chrystal Kornegay, Dara Kovel, Marge Novak and Sharon Wilson Geno for inspiring so many in our industry, especially all of us at #WAHN. And thank you to Donna Kimura for highlighting the work of all these phenomenal women, and for showcasing the leadership and talents of so many game changing women in affordable housing. At Women's Affordable Housing Network (WAHN), we could not do what we do without the support of men in our industry who believe in our mission and vision and want to help us grow. Our Ally Committee created an action-oriented pledge to illustrate some simple but impactful ways men can support women professionally and promote WAHN and its core values. Today, our allies around the country are inviting other men in our industry to #TakeTheAllyPledge. Join them in sending a clear and definitive message that the affordable housing industry has room for everyone at the table. Take the pledge here: https://lnkd.in/gm_M3CvP
