Earlier this year, our Merrell team hosted a vision field trip for the Rockstar Woman’s Movement Unstoppable Young Women for Change apprentices. The team spent the day exploring the different areas of product development, including design thinking, product innovation, and collaborative problem solving. The Rockstar Woman’s Movement supports women who lead, love, and serve in transformational ways. The organization empowers women to succeed in their careers, at home, and within their communities. More specifically, their apprenticeship program invests in the leadership, entrepreneurial interests, and development of teen girls of color. Our Wolverine Military & Veterans (WMAV) Employee Resource Group (ERG) collected over 200 toys for its inaugural Marine Toys for Tots Foundation drive at our Rockford, Michigan headquarters! The toys will be given to local children in need this holiday season. A special thank you to our WMAV ERG members for coordinating a successful event, and to our team members who supported this cause.

Last month, our Vietnam, Cambodia, and Indonesia teams participated in a day of team building activities in Ho Tram, Ba Ria Vung Tau, Vietnam. Team members participated in a Spartan Race, followed by a Town Hall meeting, and gala dinner.
