As part of our efforts to improve wayfinding across the system, our Signage Shop has invested in new routing machines capable of producing more high-quality signs—including Braille and tactile signs—for better accessibility. Meet Officer Douett, recognized for her commitment to the safety of Metro customers and employees. In 2023, she received a call from a station manager who had been assaulted. Officer Douett quickly located the assailant and made the arrest. “Skills that helped me are, number one, training.
