GM All! Oops, I had missed this final clip that my colleagues at wispir shared from my interview with the How I'm Making channel. There are other companies that are focusing on using blockchain to innovate in the wine and spirits space. Many of them are focusing on top-end producers. At wispir, we differentiate in a number of ways. One is covered in this video. I believe that crypto is a democratising force. We help all producers to deliver the type of customer experience that used to be the preserve of only the very richest. Please check it out. Cheers! 🍷 🥃 #wine #spirits #blockchain #crypto

"The customer data made available to producers via wispir & its use of blockchain technology enables you to provide luxury, tailored services. This reminds me of the experience other luxury brands provide, like when you buy a Rolex - are high-end producers your target market?" Actually, no. We see blockchain as a driver of democratisation, enabling any producer to provide the type of service typically reserved for luxury brands with more capital. Tune in to Neal Rushton-King, below, for more (Courtesy of the How I'm Making YouTube Channel).

GM! Another snippet from my interview with the How I'm Making channel. In this one, I explain the wispir fee structures. Essentially: 😱 We all producers to tokenise their wine and spirits, quickly, with no technical knowledge and FOR FREE! 🤝 We make our money by charging producers a fee for selling their products on our marketplace. However, these fees are low (many multiples lower than typical brokerage fees or merchant margins) It should be a no-brainer for producers. Interested (as either a producer or a consumer)? Give me a shout and I'll get you added to our waitlist. 🍷 🥃 wispir - quietly disrupting the wine and spirits industry

GM! Yesterday, my colleagues at wispir shared an excerpt from a guest appearance that I made on the How I'm Making channel - see comments for a link 👇🏼 In that clip, I talked about some of the FOUNDATIONAL benefits that wispir provides, simply by tokenising wine and spirits on the blockchain. This post covers what I consider to be the most important foundational benefit to producers - the rich data that suddenly becomes available. And, per yesterday's post, although these benefits are light years ahead of anything that producers can get today, they are only the start - for us, the real value comes when they start to engage directly with their provably loyal community... wispir - quietly disrupting the wine and spirts industry 🤫 🍷 🥃 #wine #spirits #crypto #blockchain

GM All! Did you know most wine & spirits producers typically only know ~1% of their customer base? 😮 In this video interview snippet (courtesy of How I'm Making), wispir co-founder, Neal Rushton-King, explains how by leveraging blockchain data, wine & spirits producers can grow this figure, while also gaining richer insights into their customers (or even a new target market). Without the rich data provided by the blockchain, acquiring such rich data is often impossible or prohibitively expensive. To understand more about the other benefits wispir offers producers, see our previous video or watch the full interview (links in comments). #blockchain #wine

GM! Another clip from my guest appearance on the How I'm Making channel. This one talks about some of the benefits associated with Phase 1 of tokenising wine and spirits on our platform wispir. To put this in context, in the interview I talk about our phases of development - e.g. 1️⃣ Phase 1: Helping producers to tokenise wine and spirits (quickly, easily and for free) and sell these tokenised products to customers 2️⃣ Phase 2 and beyond: Assisting producers to deepen and broaden customer loyalty, and to create network effects using the power of a web3-powered community To give you a sense of the power of our approach, the benefits that I discuss in this video are probably the weakest from Phase 1 (the team at wispir will issue another post with further Phase 1 benefits). And, furthermore, we consider Phase 1 as merely foundational - i.e. just laying the groundwork for the much greater benefits that come with Phase 2! I am very much looking forward to releasing this platform into the world in the next few months. 🍷 🥃 #wine #spirits #crypto #blockchain

GM All! In this video interview snippet (courtesy of How I'm Making), wispir co-founder, Neal Rushton-King, outlines some of the benefits to producers of using wispir’s zero-code tokenisation tool to tokenise wine & spirits, including: 🔎 Helping to establish provenance, reducing fakes and forgeries  🌳 Increasing transparency, enabling producers to exhibit their sustainability credentials & differentiate their products 💰 Creating new revenue streams by taking a share of secondary market sales As part of the tokenisation process, producers can also use our AI artwork generation tool to seamlessly create unique branded artwork for their tokenised assets. But that’s not all…in our next video, we will explore perhaps the most compelling benefit of tokenisation for producers of wine & spirits. Keep your eyes peeled 👀 #blockchain #wine

GM! So, the Securities and Exchange Commission in the US has continued its war on the lawful crypto industry by issuing a Wells Notice to the NFT exchange OpenSea. To their credit, OpenSea have stated that they will see the SEC in court, and they will no doubt win (after much distraction and cost) - even Democrats like Ritchie Torres have pointed out to SEC Chair Gary Gensler in congressional hearings that it is patently ridiculous and unlawful to suggest that digital art (or baseball cards, or Pokemon cards, or any other collectible) magically becomes a security simply by tokenising it on a blockchain. However, it is now abundantly clear that the SEC's aim isn't to protect investors, or even to win in court, it is to create an environment of fear that stifles innovation that challenges the status quo (and the power and control that it affords governments and their proxies). Therefore, I will continue to wear my (unregistered security!) NFT profile picture on here with pride, and our companies (MIN3 and wispir) will continue to tokenise real-world assets (such as wine and spirits) where it helps to quietly disrupt inefficient industries ✊🏼 #NFT #regulation #crypto #blockchain
