Wage Theft Administrative Rules Now Open for Public Comment! We invite all interested parties to review the proposed rules and submit their feedback. View the administrative rules & submit your feedback today at stpaul.gov/wagetheft. On November 6, 2024, the City of Saint Paul passed the Wage Theft Ordinance to enhance worker protections, effective January 1, 2025. The Human Rights and Equal Economic Opportunity (HREEO) Department has drafted Administrative Rules for this ordinance, now available for public comment until February 13, 2025.
