Today we’d like to spotlight Karin, our Quality Improvement Manager in the Office of Clinical Affairs (OCA). Karin joined WellSense in May 2023 and focuses on quality initiatives for our Medicare and Individual and Family plans. Karin’s favorite part of working at WellSense is collaborating with our Care Management teams and BMC physician leadership to understand and address root causes of any issues that impact members and providers.
