Last month, Wells wrapped up the prefabricated installation at the Rosemont Ice Arena. Set for completion in August 2025, this facility will feature two ice surfaces, a restaurant, office and retail spaces, and training facilities for the Chicago Wolves. Our prefabricated building solutions were integral to ensuring a streamlined construction process and on-schedule delivery. We’re excited to see this venue come to life, offering both functionality and an elevated experience for athletes and visitors. Stay tuned for more updates as the project progresses. After nearly 37 years with Wells, Jeff Kiel is retiring at the end of this year.
