Here’s a question: If the future of hiring isn’t just about flashy résumés or who went to the biggest-name schools, then what is it about? We’re seeing a shift: ✅ Skills over credentials. ✅ AI as a tool, not the solution. ✅ Fractional and project-based roles gaining ground. The companies that adapt now will build the teams they need to thrive in a fast-changing industry. Ready to rethink your hiring strategy? Last weekend, Nazareth University culminated its 100 Years Celebration with its Centennial Gala and Jubilee Event, that honored alumni who have gone on to be change makers in our community and former staff that have had an impact on the University’s illustrious history. We were incredibly proud to not only be the presenting sponsor, but honored to be a part of the celebration. Our president and founder, Ed Leva, CTS, who graduated from the university in 1991 and currently serves on the board of trustees for nearly seven years now, spoke at both events this weekend. Ed said, "Watching the university grow over the years has been very rewarding. After my mother's passing, who attended years ago, I was moved to honor her and our family by sponsoring such a momentous occasion–and I'm sure both my parents will be celebrating with us from above." It was an incredible atmosphere all around. We would like to thank Beth Paul, President of Nazareth University, All the Board of Trustee Members, and the amazing team that have put together these events throughout the past year. We look forward to supporting the next century of success for Nazareth University. Happy Birthday Naz!

And that’s another 18 holes in the books. ⛳ It was an honor to sponsor and participate in the Jimmy Divico Memorial Fund Golf Tournament again this year. It was an unforgettable day of fun, community, and honoring the memory of an incredible family. A heartfelt thank you to the organizers and volunteers for their hard work in making this event such a success and for their ongoing efforts to raise money to support college scholarships for students in our community. We're already looking forward to next year's tournament!

What an incredible turnout at the 3rd annual BK Selects Hockey Golf Invitational. For the third year in a row, the Rochester community came together to support the Bishop Kearney Selects Hockey program and its mission to enhance the academic, social, and athletic development of our student-athletes. A huge thank you to everyone who organized and participated in this amazing cause.
