Earlier this month, we celebrated the completion of our latest Retail Experience Leadership Series. In this class, we invited Wellby branch managers to learn more about what it takes to be an even better leader. Topics ranged from communicating effectively with their teams to making decisions aligned with our mission. It culminated in a capstone project that allowed managers to present new ideas and best practices to their peers, allowing them to grow and succeed together. Of all the projects, this leadership cohort voted three managers as standouts, and they were recognized at our commencement ceremony.
