It was great to spend time with Alliance member Medline Industries, LP yesterday at its Hartland location to see the expanded manufacturing capacity and continued investment in Waukesha County. Medline has invested $26.7 million in two new production lines to triple capacity of its flush-syringe manufacturing, along with 45 new jobs and 15 additional jobs still to come. Life-saving equipment made right here in Wisconsin is used by healthcare providers around the world. Proud to have them in Waukesha County. https://lnkd.in/g8vNbjkG

An incredible accomplishment! We were proud to attend the celebration of FlexRide Milwaukee's 100,000th ride yesterday. Congratulations to Dave Steele and MobiliSE!
Yesterday MobiliSE commemorated a huge milestone for FlexRide Milwaukee - our 100,000th ride given since launch. We were joined by our friends and partners and hosted by Wenthe-Davidson Engineering Co. one of the companies whose employees use FlexRide to get to well-paying, family supporting jobs. We were joined by one of our biggest champions, Waukesha County Executive Paul Farrow who spoke about the importance of innovative, public-private partnerships like FlexRide, to address the region’s pressing challenges. Wenthe-Davidson CEO Fred Anderson spoke about the impact that FlexRide has had on their company and their employees, relating firsthand testimonies from FlexRiders who use our service to get to work. We even got a tour of the company to see up close the types of family supporting jobs that FlexRiders have access to. Happy to be joined by partners and supporters, including Employ Milwaukee , Waukesha County Business Alliance , United Way of Greater Milwaukee & Waukesha County and Wisconsin Department of Workforce Development https://lnkd.in/gQja2JFp
