    Is Your Team's New Year Resolution to Leave?   January isn't just about personal resolutions. It's when your people decide if they're staying.   While they were reflecting over the break: Did they picture another year with you? Or did they update their LinkedIn profile?   Here's what I know: Post-holiday turnover isn't random. It's a response to pre-holiday dissatisfaction.   Don't wait for resignation letters. Run your employee survey now. Ask the hard questions. Get the real answers.   Because by the time they're interviewing elsewhere, Your chance to keep them is already gone.   The best time to understand how your people feel? Right now. When they're most honest with themselves. And most likely to be honest with you.   What's their 2025 resolution? Growth with you? Or growth somewhere else?   Time to find out.

    Your Leadership Team Isn't Broken. Had a fascinating conversation with a CEO yesterday. He was frustrated because his leadership team looked perfect on paper but kept clashing in reality. "They're all excellent at their jobs," he said. "But they're driving each other crazy." I smiled, because I've been there. The detailed person frustrated with the big picture thinker. The fast-paced driver annoyed with the relationship builder. The analytical one clashing with the intuitive one. But here's what I told him: These aren't flaws. They're features. Your D (Driver) keeps you focused on results Your I (Influencer) brings energy and ideas Your S (Steady) maintains stability Your C (Conscientious) ensures quality Stop trying to make everyone the same.
